Years in Childcare: over 21 years.
Diploma in Early Childhood and Education.
“I honestly have a passion for working with children in their early years and watching their personalities form. I believe that this is one of the most important times of children’s development and if they have a positive experience in these years it will stay with them throughout their lives.
The most memorable moments of working in child care are when years after, the children you have cared for, and helped form their personalities comes up to you and still remembers the time they had spent with you as well as the experiences that you shared with them. To me this is a great feeling as it shows that you have made an impact or lasting impression in their lives.
I believe that here at Ally’s Kindy we not only focus on the children within our care but also of their families as well. We form strong bonds with the families as well as their children and work in partnership with these families for the best outcomes for their children. No one knows their child better than the family.”
